Flexible systems for airborne odor control.
Air Atomization Systems are an effective odor control system designed for the application of Ecosorb®. In these systems, water is mixed with Ecosorb, pumped through pipes to nozzles, and sprayed over areas affected by odor. Air atomization allows for double odor removal: surfaces and escaping gases are treated by the misted Ecosorb.
The main benefit of air atomization systems are their application flexibility. They can be tailored for small, medium, and large spaces; in confined or open areas; and using high or low pressure systems. They can also be an economical way to use existing plant exhaust blowers to create a vapor system without the need of a separate setup.
Good For
- Flexible for almost any odorous area
- Where electrical equipment is restricted
- Plant-supplied air or exhaust blowers are available
